Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy for eligible items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to send the item back to us.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging

Earrings are final sale for hygienic reasons and are not eligible for returns, unless they arrive damaged.

How to Start a Return (Non-Damaged Items)

For returns that are not related to damage or error, customers may request a return directly through their customer account on our website.

To submit a return request:

  1. Log into your customer account on our website

  2. View your past orders

  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and submit a return request

Photo proof is not required for non-damaged returns.

Once your return request is approved, items must be shipped within 14 days of delivery to the following address:

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
Items that arrive worn, used, or without original packaging will not be eligible for store credit.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 24 hours of delivery if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

To be eligible for a return due to damage or error, please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging showing the issue.

Photos and details can be submitted by emailing info@maitaijewelry.shop or by using the chat box on our website.

Once the claim is reviewed and approved, Mai Tai Jewelry will cover the return shipping cost if a return is required, or may offer a store credit at no additional cost.

Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a new item is to return the eligible item for store credit and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

All approved returns, including damaged items, are issued as store credit only.
No refunds are issued to the original payment method.
